- Laura Porto Stockwell
- I'm Laura Porto Stockwell and I'm a subject matter expert in social media and an Internet veteran circa 1994. Currently, I'm VP, Director of Digital Strategy at Publicis in the West. I have worked in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Milan and New York, developing brand, content and social media strategies for clients such as Expedia, Microsoft, Ford, and Sony Music. Prior to going online, I was a print journalist and worked at various newspapers and magazines across the U.S. and in Prague. I have a Master of Arts in Media Studies with a focus on social media from the New School in New York City and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
