Here's what I want to know: when will organizations take the Internet seriously? Study after study shows its growing influence, yet budgets still remain in TV and print. Here's the latest:

Yep. Internet has great influence, especially because it's also an environment where commerce occurs. See an ad, purchase the product - voila. But where it's most interesting is the social space. So, while money is being spent on online media, it's the social networks, video sites, and as you mentioned, consumer reviews that are most exciting and generating robust activity. It's going to be fascinating to see how the brand presence in these environments evolve within the coming year.
